Burnout is a culture problem. Your survey won't solve it. We will.

Years of proprietary burnout research. One of the world’s leading burnout experts now working inside your organization. WAIOS™ finds what’s really driving chronic stress and fixes it at the source. The alternative? Leaving your people exposed to a risk Mercer says affects 82% of the global workforce.

WAIOS™ measures the 7 Dimensions of Burnout and maps them against your wider wellbeing and organizational culture. That shows exactly where chronic stress is taking hold. From there, we deliver specific interventions that prevent burnout before it becomes a personal, professional, and organizational risk.

Start with workload. Everyone on Jeff’s team completes a quick workload audit, then a WAIOS™ expert walks Jeff through the results and how to lead the conversation with his team.

01 · How we see burnout

The whole person, in context.

Burnout rarely has one cause. We look at what’s happening to the person, in their life, at work, and in the world around them, so every fix targets what’s actually driving chronic stress.

1The person
Energy, focus, resilience under load, and whether they still feel connected to what they do.
2Their life
Caregiving, health, finances, the commute. What they carry in with them every morning.
1 The person 2Their life 3Their work 4The world around them
3Their work
Workload, recovery, control, fairness, recognition and psychological safety. The everyday conditions that drive burnout.
4The world around them
Their industry, culture and community, and what’s happening in society and the economy.

How we work with you

A high-touch operating system for the price of a low-touch survey program.

01
Frequent check-ins
Short, regular check-ins through the year, not one annual survey, so you see change as it happens.
02
Expert-led follow-ups
In-person and virtual sessions with burnout experts to make sense of what you’re seeing and plan the response.
03
Accountability programming
Structured programs that keep leaders and teams following through on the changes they commit to.
04
Expert access, at scale
Ongoing access to our experts, built to reach every team, not just the leadership floor.

And we’re building the technology to bring all of this into the flow of everyday work.
